Ashkon Davaran

Hailing from the diverse San Francisco/Bay Area, Ashkon truly is a multi-dimensional artist. An accomplished actor, singer-songwriter, and MC, his propensity to create up to the minute, topical material has gained Ashkon notoriety in the Bay Area and beyond.

In 2010, his San Francisco Giants inspired remake of Journey’s classic “Don’t Stop Believing” became an anthem for Giants fans, with the video (produced by Portal A) receiving almost 3 million views to date. Two years earlier, his campy, yet helplessly infectious “Hot Tubbin (On the Late Night)” was featured on YouTube’s homepage, garnering over 600,000 views.

As a rapper, Ashkon has worked and performed with some of the most notable artists in the Bay Area, including Mistah FAB, Boots Riley (The Coup), Zion I, B-Legit, Equipto, and MC Hammer. His full length album The Final Breakthrough is available on Itunes, and Spotify.
Other projects including an acoustic EP (Here in the Dark), assorted remixes, and singles can be found at
